1. Health Food, good food : Eat food for all categories and focus on Fish, Fruits,and vegetables such as Broccoli Apples and Cereals such as sunflower seeds, nuts,especially foods contaning Beta Carotene, Vitamin C&E which will act as antioxidants. Food sources of antioxidants are the begetables and fruits which are yellow, red, orange such as carrots, pumpkin, tomatoes, etc.
Avoid eating foods cause illness which cause physical deterioration such as fast food with high fat, desserts. Do not too full to eat.
2.Exercise regularly : To healthcare the exercising helps strengthen muscles, allows better blood circulation. The skin and organs will get fully nutrients and oxygen.
3. Have enough sleep : During sleep, we'll be living for the body and repair. It is also time to stop thinking over the story problems. Peaple are sleeping enough can look so joyful, bright minds and healthty.
4.Prevent Skin and Wrinkles : Try to avoid strong sunlight in time 10.00 to 15.00 am. because sun damage to the skin. To healthcare your life,if unavoidable should protect skin with sunscreen
with SPF 15 or above. You should wear sunglasses or open an umbrella hat to reduce wrinkle eye. Don't forget to look after neck and hand as well.
