I meet my friend last week, she said about her health problem, that she has GERD. She explained about GERD that GERD comes from Gastroesophageal relux disease which is acid relux. GERD occurs from the liquid content of the stomach flows back. GERD always happens when your muscle at the end of your esophagus does not close properly. She always feels a burning in the throat, she recommended that if you have GERD, you should treat because GERD will be a serious health problem in the future.
To healthcare if you have GERD, you should
1. Don't eat fatty foods, fry foods, spicy foods.
2. Avoiding Alcohol, Coffee, and Tea.To healthcare if you have GERD, you should

3. Eating smaller meal.
4. Should not eat when close to bedtime.
5. Not too fat.
6. Excersing.
7. No smoking
