Walking for good Health

If you have problem about the exercise, you can't swim, running, tennis, etc. One best way for your health is Walking. You should walking about 20-30 minutes frequency 3-5 times per week or at least walk regularly.
The correct walking : You should walk soon, step frequently, swing arm strength because walking speed will stimulate your body and especially cardiovascular system to work more than normal on a daily basis.
Before walking, you should warm your body. To recognize the physical preparation of the various systems. It also helps reduce injury to your muscle.
When exercise begins with walking then you will be tired. You should keep continuous of the walk, walk continuously for 20-30 minutes. Or you may devided into 2 time intervals of 10-15 minutes.
Finally, Before walking off, you should have a relaxation period is stretch your muscle. The relaxation is very important for your health both before and after walking.
