Excercise with Refreshing

Excercising has the health benefit but when you are exercising, you will lack of water from sweat.
Therefore today I will introduce tips for excercising with Refreshing :
First : Drink some water before and after excercising. You should not wait until thirsty.
Second : Avoid Alcohols beverage or caffeine because you will lost water a lot.
Third : Apply Sunscreen everytime when you exercise outdoor and avoid outdoor exercise time 10.00 to 14.00.

This tips will help you to exercise with refreshing and balance your body fluids.
